I have always been interested in health and I have a background in Science and Medicine.  After studying for a BSc and MSc in Biomedical Sciences I went on to medical research at the University of Wales College of Medicine.

After in depth study of the physical body I became interested in how the body works as a whole: emotionally, mentally, spiritually as well as physically. I became interested in a holistic approach to health and I eventually chose to train as a Reflexologist. I trained at Inspira Academy of Reflexology and Reiki. Here I was taught the advanced, innovative technique of Duopody Reflexology. I have since trained in Reiki. I am a Reiki Master and I teach Reiki Level I & II. I am also trained in Indian Head Massage.

I’m passionate about Reflexology and its many health benefits and committed to continual professional development. The way in which our feet have a story to tell never ceases to fascinate me!

I tailor my treatments to meet the specific needs of the individual. I don’t believe in the one treatment fits all approach. Alongside Duopody I use a variety of other techniques. These include Advanced Reflexology Technique (ART); Vertical Reflexology Technique (VRT); Universal Technique; CALM (designed for cancer patients), Sporstflex (specifically designed for muscle injuries) and Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD).

I am trained in Reproflexology™ by the Award Winning Barbra Scott of Seren Fertility and I am registered with the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR). Reproflexology™ is a fertility reflexology technique developed to improve both male fertility and female fertility and thus improve outcomes for couples trying to conceive.

I am trained to provide Hand Reflexology, Foot Reflexology and also Facial Reflexology.

I’m registered with Professional Reflexology and Association of Reflexologists and Association of Reproductive Reflexology.
